Private Sound Healing - 4 to 10 pax

Enjoy a 90-minute private Sound Healing session for you and your friends, hosted at your location. These sessions are perfect for retreats, yoga or Pilates studios, office teams, or special occasions such as birthdays, weddings, baby or bridal showers, and memorials. We will start the session with a breathing exercise to help participants connect with their breath and body and to unify the group's energy. We will then move into a blissful sound bath created by crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, rainstick, chimes, drum and gong to calm your nervous system, restore balance in the body and reach deep relaxation. To deepen the healing, Tibetan bowls will be played on your body. You will leave feeling completely relaxed, calm and rejuvenated! Please note: The quoted price applies to groups of 4 to 10 participants and for bookings from Monday to Friday within the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
