Terms & Conditions
Seed of Life Healing is located in Bondi Beach, NSW 2026, Australia. By purchasing a ticket to a sound healing session or event conducted (solely or partly) by Seed of Life Healing, the ticket holder agrees to all Seed of Life Healing's Terms & Conditions and with that, accepts the below-stated Rules & Regulations and Cancellation & Refund Policies. These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchaser, any subsequent ticketholders and any ticket recipient (You or Your).
Rules & Regulations
To the extent permitted by the law and subject to your rights under any applicable Consumer Guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law, You release Seed of Life Healing from any liability for any damage, loss, liability or injury You may suffer in relation to your attendance at a sound healing session or event, howsoever caused, including due to any negligence or other act or omission of Seed of Life Healing.
You agree to compensate Seed of Life Healing for any damage, loss, liability or injury that Seed of Life Healing may suffer as a result of your wilful, reckless or negligent acts or omissions at a session or event.
You agree that Seed of Life Healing is not responsible in the event of loss, damage, unauthorised use, theft or injury resulting from and to any personal property that you bring onto the premises. You also confirm that your health is sufficient and you have no illness, injury or ailments which will prevent participation in Seed of Life Healing sessions or events in a safe manner without risk to you or others.
You recognise that this Agreement and Release and Waiver is a legal instrument and that it is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Australian law.
You recognise that by booking a session or buying a ticket to a Seed of Life Healing session or event, You are waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue and assume all aspects of the risks involved.
Access to Seed of Life Healing sessions and events are by payment (unless indicated otherwise) and subject to Seed of Life Healing’s discretion.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
Private Sound Healing Sessions:
Seed of Life Healing requires a 48-hour written notice by email to firstname.lastname@example.org for any cancellation or rescheduling of booked private Sound Healing sessions. Failure to notify within 48 hours of the start of the private session will result in the full amount being due.
Ticketed Sound Healing Events:
Seed of Life Healing has a no refund policy, which means no refunds are possible to claim. In case you can no longer attend a sound healing event, you must notify Seed of Life Healing in writing by email to email@example.com at least 48 hours before the event start time. Depending on the reason for Your cancellation, there may be the option to transfer the ticket to a future event of the same value and scope. However, this will be decided on a case by case basis and is at the sole discretion of Seed of Life Healing. Any approved ticket transfers will incur an admin fee of $10 per ticket to be paid to Seed of Life Healing.
Any cancellations within 48 hours of the event start time, including no-shows for pre-sale ticketed events, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Exceptions: Should the session or event not be permitted due to NSW government restrictions, such as a local lockdown (where the event is to be held) due to the Covid pandemic and result in the mandatory cancellation of the event, You will be notified by Seed of Life Healing and Your ticket will be transferred to a future event. In this case only, you have the right to request a refund; the amount will be refunded in full by Seed of Life Healing, less any ticketing fees charged by third-party providers.
