This 90-minute private Sound Healing experience is designed for larger groups of 26 to 60 people and is hosted at the location of your choice. These sessions are ideal for retreats, wellness events, launch events and special occasions such as birthdays, weddings, baby showers, bridal showers and memorials. Depending on the nature of the event, the session may begin with a short pranayama breathwork practice to help participants arrive, relax and prepare for the sound journey. You will then be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath using a range of therapeutic instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes and other healing instruments. The sounds and vibrations help calm the nervous system, restore balance and invite profound states of relaxation and inner stillness. Please note: Pricing is customised based on group size, location and event requirements. A 20% surcharge may apply for locations outside Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Weekend bookings incur a 20% surcharge.
