This 90-minute private Sound Healing experience is designed for up to five people and is hosted at the location of your choice. These intimate sessions are perfect for couples, families, small groups of friends and special occasions, offering a deeply personalised and nurturing experience. The session begins with powerful pranayama breathwork to help release stagnant energy and trapped emotions, calm the mind and prepare the body for deep relaxation. You will then be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath using a range of therapeutic instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes and other healing instruments. The sounds and vibrations help calm the nervous system, restore balance and invite profound states of relaxation and inner stillness. To deepen the experience, Tibetan bowls will be played directly on the body. Please note: The quoted price applies to bookings from Monday to Friday within Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. A 20% surcharge may apply for locations outside this area. Weekend bookings incur a 20% surcharge.
