In the Quiet, Strength Returns

The year has quietly turned, and here we are – already week four of 2026. It feels late to wish you a happy new year… nonetheless, I do wish you a joyful and healthy new year, filled with presence, clarity and calm.
The first weeks of the year often come with that bizarre combination of rest and urgency, reflection and the pressure to begin again.
With one distressing news story following the next, life can though feel overwhelming. If your nervous system has been stuck in survival mode, if you feel overwhelmed, frozen or depleted, you are not alone...
The tragic events in Bondi in December rattled us all to the core. I witnessed them first-hand from my balcony. Working with sound makes me deeply sensitive, and it took weeks to get the sounds of the gunshots out of my bones. I attended vigils and memorials night after night until I felt numb and depleted. Then I froze. I stepped back, became silent and allowed myself to restore and heal with the tools I know best.
In that quiet, I reconnected with an unwavering strength I almost thought I had lost.
I feel stronger, more grounded and hopeful now than I have in a very long time. I know 2026 will bring its tough challenges, but I also feel ready. Ready to stand strong in the midst of the storm. Ready to hold space again, to share what I know and to support others in reconnecting with their own inner light and raising their frequency.
Pausing, turning inward and tending to your inner world is not an escape — it is essential. It is how you keep your energy steady, your nervous system regulated, and your heart open.
Now is a powerful time to return to that unwavering light within.
On Tuesday, 3 February, I’ll be guiding my first Full Moon Breathwork & Sound Healing event of the year in Bondi — a space to regulate your nervous system, restore balance and reconnect with your inner light, while aligning with what you wish to call in for 2026.
Through the practices of breathwork and sound healing, you come back to a place that is balanced, calm and joyful. As you reconnect with your soul light, the nervous system softens, the mind settles, and something deeper remembers to feel safe again. And from that space, you start to create - stepping into this new chapter with clarity and calm.
